This Focaccia was really good, guys. Soft, olive oil-saturated dough with a hint of roasted garlic, topped with Kalamata olives and coarse salt. Mmhmm.

ReplyDeleteOh my word, this looks heavenly. My husband hates olives, but I am tempted to make it for myself! Or Maybe just half the olives, since eating an entire focaccia is probably not the healthiest thing in the world.
